New splendour in Magdeburg’s centre

MCM Vermögenswerte AG & Co. KG is planning a very special restoration project in Magdeburg:In the immediate vicinity of Hasselbachplatz, the no. 1 meeting place in the state capital, it promises to revitalise the Wilhelminian-style complex Otto-von-Guericke-Strasse 59/59a.

The acquisition of the building required extensive efforts. The heritage-oriented restoration gives a real treasure back to the city: Built back in 1881, the imposing residential building - consisting of front and side building on six floors - is distinguished by its stately architecture. The city’s register of listed buildings and monuments describes it as “very significant in terms of urban development”.

The residential building, which has been carefully restored and luxuriously furnished, will soon impress viewers and occupants alike. Just like the location around the “Hassel”, the 22 flats combine historical charm with the amenities of modern life. Stuccoed rooms - up to four metres high - and the finest of interiors create sublime living comfort. Selling has already begun.
